It’s my understanding the posted meeting notice for Monday (15OCT18) is to discuss the 2019 Budget. Homeowners need access to the proposed budget – prior to the meeting – to prepare any questions and/or comments. A request has been made for a copy of the proposed Budget from the property management company via e-mail or to upload it on to the HOA web site.
