The Annual Meeting is a time to for members to nominate themselves, or others, that can bring fresh ideas into the community. Monthly assessment fees keep rising; maintenance of the community has been less than satisfactory; and members want more communication between themselves and the property management company. Unfortunately, there were not enough homeowners in attendance at this Annual Meeting, so the current Board rolled over. Suggestions were made to raise the number of Board members from 3 to 5, and Brittany Barsky was brought on. One more member is required to make the total of 5, and this will be handled at the next meeting.
